Wildcat Mountain Gondola, Pinkham Notch, Gorham, N.H.  The 6,800 ft Gondola lift transports skiers in colorful cars to the summit of Wildcat Mt.  (4,100 ft) for the East’s longest ski season,  Mt. Adams in the Presidentail Range is seen in the background.  The Gondola operates year ‘round for skiers in the winter and sightseers in the summer and fall.
